By installing or using the Klaptyky mobile or web app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are under 18, the app must be used under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or licensed specialist.

Klaptyky is an educational tool designed to help parents and specialists support children with special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, Down syndrome, etc.) in developing cognitive, speech, daily, and learning skills.

The app is not a medical device and does not replace professional diagnosis or therapy.

Certain features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with others.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• All materials in the app are created and moderated by the Klaptyky team.
• Users cannot upload or share their own content.
• It is forbidden to modify, copy, or distribute app materials without written permission from Klaptyky, LLC.

• Some features are available via paid subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your app store account settings at any time.

Klaptyky does not store or process payment details directly.

• Klaptyky complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• We collect and process only minimal necessary data to provide our services (e.g., account info, progress, subscription data).

We make every effort to ensure stable performance and data security, but we are not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions or bugs.
• User data loss caused by external factors.
• Use of the app for purposes other than intended.

Klaptyky, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

• You may stop using the app at any time.
• To request account deletion, please email support@klaptyky.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

• We may modify these Terms from time to time.
• The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website.
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine and applicable EU regulations.
• Disputes shall be resolved amicably; otherwise, by competent courts in Lviv, Ukraine.
